We use a fully tracked delivery service to dispatch all orders. All parcels are tracked as soon as they leave our premises, and we will inform you of your tracking number by email so that you can also track your order.
Our delivery charges and times are as follows:
Standard small items: £3.95 – allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Standard large items: £5.95 – allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Extra-large items (mirrors, lamps): £11.95 – allow up to 14 days for delivery.*
Furniture: £24.95 – allow up to 30 days for delivery.*
*Please note that customers are welcome to collect these items from our store in Hornchurch, Essex. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing to arrange collection.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including BFPO address.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of your order being placed. At peak times such as Christmas we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched this quickly, but we will endeavour to try our very best!
Please allow a maximum of five working days for delivery of your parcel from the time you receive your order despatch email (not including extra large items or furniture). If your order has still not been received after this time, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your parcel.
Occasionally, due to manual stock control, items ordered may subsequently prove to be out of stock when processed. In the event of this happening, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you when the item is likely to be back in stock. If this is not acceptable to you, you will be offered a full refund.

If you wish to return any items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to provide a refund as long as the items are returned in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
The cost of returning items unless damaged, defective or not as specified in your order confirmation is at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returning items and to obtain proof of postage. Best Sellers is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
We aim to issue a refund within three working days of receiving a return and we will notify you by email to confirm the refund has been processed.
In the unlikely event that your items are damaged, defective or not as ordered, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We will arrange for the items to be returned or disposed of and a replacement item to be sent. If the item is damaged, we will require you to email us photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receipt.
